Last fall, Texana Hollis, 101, sat in her wheelchair in her front yard and wept as she watched workers move her furniture out of her home and onto her lawn. Wednesday, October 5, 2011. We have an exit visa and a new travel date. Djouben is expected to arrive in Portland next Wed Oct 12th at 7pm. Our friends with Hands Helping Haiti tell us he is very excited to travel. Not nearly as excited as we are to finally meet this special little boy. His first day here he will get to experience WHS girls varsity soccer too! Exciting week next week. Saturday, September 17, 2011. All is a go for Djouben.
